Effigy is an individual project i worked on for university. For this reason i worked on the design programming and art, having a bigger focus on the programming component.

The main gameplay loop for the game revolved around exploring pseudo-randomly generated dungeons, defeating the bosses, and doing it again in a rogue-like manner, each time progressing more with the story, unlocking new interactions in the hub.
For the moment to moment gameplay loop, i had a card based combat system akin to games like Slay The Spire, and a deck building system that revolved around using different equipment to add cards to the deck.
